The Privacy and Data Protection area assists clients in the implementation of data protection policies and procedures, working from mapping data lifecycle processes, diagnosing the various sectors of the company, to contribute on proposing procedural improvements and adapting the company to the best practices in the market.

• Projects to the General Data Protection Law;
• DPO (Data Protection Officer) as a service;
• Impact reports;
• Development of data governance programs;
• Development and revision of privacy policies, cookies policies and terms of use;
• Drafting and review of contracts (supplier due diligence, controller x operator regulation, joint control, contracts in general etc.);
• Training related to data protection;
• Evaluation and adequacy of electronic sites (websites) and social medias.
