- Advice on labor routines and contract terminations, risk analysis and prevention of labor claims;
- Elaboration of employment contracts (fixed-term or indefinite period, temporary, autonomous and intermittent);
- Telework regime;
- Collective bargaining;
- Administrative litigation, such as Public Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Labor and National Institute of Social Security, including revision of the FAP;
- Judicial litigation: labor actions and claims, homologation of extrajudicial agreements and public civil actions.
