The Sports Law area is able to act in advising and in litigation, with various players in the sports industry, representing athletes, clubs, federations, leagues, and agents from diferente sports, as well as companies operating in the industry, event producers and third sector entities (non-profit organizations).

• Legal Structuring of Events;
• Drafting and elaboration of sponsorship, brand licensing and others commercial contracts;
• Governance Program structuring for sports entities;
• Drafting, elaboration and revision of bylaws and internal codes;
• Implementation of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) for sports entities (possibility of classification as small agents, evaluation and guidance for the use of cookies, and development of privacy policies).
• Resolution of Sports Conflicts (performance in the Courts of Sports Justice of various sports).
